Beautyworld Middle East wins Best Trade Exhibition accolade at regional virtual awards ceremony

Global three-day beauty and wellbeing showcase celebrated among industry peers at Middle East Event Show Awards 2021

Dubai, UAE: Beautyworld Middle East, the region’s largest international trade fair for beauty products, hair, fragrances and wellbeing, won the Best Trade Exhibition category during a virtual ceremony yesterday (5th April 2021) at the 2021 Middle East Event Show Awards.

Organiser Messe Frankfurt Middle East was celebrated among hundreds of industry peers during the live-streamed video event that also featured 27 other winners across 26 categories.

Elaine O’Connell, Beautyworld Middle East’s Show Director, said the recognition was testament to all those involved in creating a highly valuable and distinguishable international Beautyworld brand.

“This accolade carries even more significance as we build toward the next edition of Beautyworld Middle East in October 2021, when the global beauty and wellbeing industries reunite safely, live, and in-person, in what will be the show’s 25th anniversary in Dubai,” said O’Connell.

“It’s also the culmination of years of collaboration between Messe Frankfurt Middle East, our partners, supporters, exhibitors, and suppliers.  Beautyworld Middle East continues to surpass already lofty expectations with every passing edition.  In 2021 and beyond, we’ll always raise the bar higher to deliver the most special, colourful, and unique event for all our stakeholders.”

Beautyworld Middle East will next take place from 5-7 October 2021 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, and will run as an autumn show from this year onwards.

It will cover the six product groups of Hair, Nails, and Salon Suppliers; Cosmetics and Skincare; Personal Care and Hygiene; Machinery, Packaging, Raw Materials, and Contract Manufacturing; Fragrance Compounds and Finished Fragrances; and Natural and Organic.

The annual three-day event will also have its own awards ceremony in the form of the 2nd Beautyworld Middle East Awards, celebrating the beauty industry’s outstanding personalities, brands, and companies during a glittering gala dinner ceremony after the first day of trade fair.

The categories this year comprise 13 awards across eight categories designed to recognise the top companies, products and individuals for their outstanding performance, vision and achievements in the Middle East cosmetics, fragrance and wellness industries.
