Your journey to a successful exhibition

Exhibitor Portal and Mandatory Submissions
You will receive an activation email for the MPM (Media Package Manager) and the Exhibitor Portal. Your Messe login will help you access all our portals. Please complete all required MPM forms at least eight weeks before the event. Weekly reminders will be sent to exhibitors who has not submitted on time.

Optional Services
You can also request additional services such as Wi-Fi, stand catering, cleaning, extra electricity, and safety equipment on our exhibitor portal.

Payments

Exhibitors who have booked a stand will receive an invoice for the full amount. The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 17 weeks before the event.

Cancellations

  • Within four months of the event: a 100% cancellation fee applies.
  • More than four months before the event: a 30% cancellation fee applies.

Co-Exhibitor Enquiry and Payment
A fee of USD 500 per company applies for co-exhibiting. Full payment must be made within 14 days of receiving the official invoice.

Exhibitor Information and Marketing

  • Submit your exhibitor details for the Event App by eight weeks before the event.
  • Upload your products and branding details to the Online Exhibitor Listing / MPM by eight weeks before the event.
  • The exhibitor list will go live on the website for marketing campaigns eight weeks before the event.

Stand Design and Additional Services

  • Finalise your stand design and receive the final quote from Fair Construction, the official stand builder for the event, by four weeks before the event.
  • Complete the Risk Assessment Form on our exhibitor portal, by five weeks before the event.
  • Submit any special schedule forms for exhibits with unique requirements, such as animals, candles, fountains, pyrotechnics, lasers, robotic machinery, smoke effects, etc., by five weeks before the event.
  • Submit fascia names for your stand by five weeks before the event. Fascia names are the names displayed on the front of your stand, showing your company or brand name so visitors can easily identify you.
  • Submit the final stand design by four weeks before the event.

Additional Onsite Requirements

  • Onsite Services Checklist (Mandatory): Complete the checklist for services such as stand cleaning, electricity, compressed air, furniture, graphics, rigging, catering, and security by four weeks before the event. 
  • Entertainment Approvals (Mandatory): Obtain approvals for any entertainment activities by four weeks before the event.
  • Stand Security Coverage (Mandatory): Arrange DTCM security coverage for your stand by four weeks before the event.
  • Badge Ordering: Submit your exhibitor badge requirements by two weeks before the event.
  • Contractor Registration: Register all contractors on the DWTC Portal by two weeks before the event.
  • Shipping and Logistics: Organise your shipments and logistics by two weeks before the event.
  • Temporary Stand Personnel: Submit requests for temporary staff at your stand by two weeks before the event.
  • Event Schedule: Receive the detailed event schedule, including build-up, show days, tear-down, and office locations four days before the event.

  • Additional Furniture, Graphics, and Equipment: Request any extra items you need for your stand.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Review the onsite guide, including requirements such as safety shoes, to ensure compliance.
  • Stand Build Execution: Confirm that all stand build requests are being carried out.
  • Shell Scheme Handover: Receive handover details if you are using a shell scheme.
  • Early Access for Contractors: Request early access for your stand contractors if needed.
  • Meeting Room Requests: Submit any additional bookings for meeting rooms.
  • Exhibitor Badge Registration: Finalise your onsite badge registration.

All of the above should be completed by one week before the event to ensure your stand is ready and fully compliant.

  • Get help with any onsite exhibitor queries, including information about next year’s edition.
  • Take part in the key exhibitor rebooking process.
  • Access information on nearby food and beverage options.
  • Provide live feedback and raise any concerns related to the show.

End-of-event logistics

  • Know when and how to remove your materials and pack down your stand.
  • Follow the designated exit times and teardown instructions to make the process smooth and safe.

Post-event engagement

  • Complete the exhibitor feedback survey within two weeks.
  • Take part in the Rebooking Campaign to reserve your stand for the next edition. This gives you the chance to secure your preferred location before bookings open to all exhibitors.
