His passion for hairdressing began at the age of 12, with his first job as an assistant in a beauty salon in Bassano del Grappa. At 15, he started the hairdressing school "Accademia la Parigina" in Bassano del Grappa, from which he successfully graduated. Throughout his life he has never stopped updating his technique and keeping up with fashion trends by taking courses at prestigious international academies. He has collaborated stylistically with renowned companies in the beauty & cosmetics industry. In 2000, he opened his first hairdressing salon: METAMORFOSI. During those years, he had the opportunity to share his experience with young hairdressers by opening an academy in Brescia, in collaboration with an important colour company. In September 2016 he opened his second salon, AIVILO', in collaboration with ALTER EGO ITALY and LAGO DESIGN. The AIVILO' salon is designed as a multifunctional space that allows Salon Professionals to collaborate and work as freelancers. Since 2015, Andrea has been one of the most valuable representatives of Alter Ego Italy's TEAM AKADEMìA. Since he joined the team, he has been the protagonist of both our shows and events and training of hairdressers in Italy and around the world.

She has worked with global celebrities and served as the lead stylist at prestigious fashion shows such as Louis Vuitton, AFW, and CPM. Her expertise in the beauty industry has been shaped by rigorous training in the Beauty Industry and a deep belief that professional development is a lifelong journey.
